A Chinese Yixing Zisha teapot, unglazed, dark blue-grey stoneware, characterized by a naturalistic or botanical design. The squat, rounded body features sculpted leaves that extend from the side to integrate with the branch-like handle, while the lid is topped with a bud or fruit finial surrounded by further leaf detailing. The teapot rests on three small, conical feet. An indistinct four-character square seal mark is impressed on the underside of the body. 14.5cm spout to handle
