This oval, hand-painted plaque is crafted from a composite material, likely plaster or resin, and features a three-dimensional representation of the character from Charles Dickens’ *Oliver Twist*. He is shown in period attire, wearing a hat, long coat, and waistcoat, and holding a pipe, against a textured background suggestive of an urban setting.
