Description
An assortment of decorative items comprising framed artworks, a metal charger, and sculptural pieces. The collection includes two framed hand-painted papyrus works depicting Egyptian mythological scenes and figures; one retains a guarantee certificate from the Nout Papyrus Institute, Giza, on the reverse. Also included is a framed print on textured paper featuring a central reclining figure within a circular border of polychrome glyphs. A large decorative metal plate, featuring copper and brass tones, displays a central medallion with two gazelles and multiple concentric borders of geometric and meander patterns; the reverse is hand-inscribed Made in Greece. The group is completed by a cream-coloured resin figurine of an elephant with its trunk raised and a tall, weathered white-finished stone pedestal of classical form.
