For Buyers

Click Register on our website and provide your name, email, and a valid payment method. Once registered, you can bid on any upcoming auction. Registration is free.
A buyer’s premium is charged on top of the hammer price. The rate is displayed on each auction page before you bid. VAT may also apply on the premium. See our Buying Guide for a worked example.
We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. Payment is due within a few working days of the auction, as specified in the auction terms.
Yes. We hold viewing days before each auction where you can inspect lots in person. Dates are listed on the auction page. Condition reports are also available on request for specific lots.
Collect from our Kent saleroom at Unit 24, Lamberhurst Farm, Dargate, Faversham, Kent ME13 9EP. Collection times are communicated after the auction. We can also help arrange shipping through trusted partners.
Yes. We work with trusted delivery partners. Costs vary by item size, weight, and destination. Contact us after winning a lot for a shipping quote.
Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any difficulty with payment. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in the lot being re-offered and your account being suspended.

For Sellers

Submit details and photographs through our Items to Sell page, or contact us by phone or email. We offer free, no-obligation valuations for all types of antiques, vintage items, fine art and collectables.
We specialise in antiques, vintage items, fine art, collectables, jewellery, silverware, militaria, coins, stamps, and similar. If you are unsure whether your item is suitable, get in touch and we will advise.
Our commission rates are competitive and discussed transparently during the valuation process. Fees depend on the type, value, and quantity of items. There are no hidden charges.
Yes. Reserve prices can be agreed between you and our team before the auction. A reserve is the minimum price below which your item will not be sold.
Sellers receive payment promptly after the auction, once the buyer has completed payment. We pay by bank transfer.
For larger consignments or full collections, we can arrange collection from your property. Please discuss this during the valuation process.
Yes. We offer professional house clearance services across Kent, East Sussex and South London. Items of value can be sold through our auctions.
