Description
A set of six fine white porcelain cups and saucers manufactured by the Lafarge factory in Limoges, France. The cups are designed with a faceted octagonal base that transitions into a circular rim, featuring a simple D-shaped handle. The matching saucers are octagonal in form with a raised rim and a central well. Each piece is finished with a minimalist decoration consisting of a single thin pink line around the rim of the cups and the inner rim of the saucers. The underside of each cup bears a black printed backstamp within a rectangular border containing the text PORCELAINE LAFARGE LIMOGES FRANCE with leaf motifs and the words DECOR INALTERABLE below. A secondary green stamp reads LIMOGES FRANCE. The saucers feature identical black and green markings, with an additional boxed stamp reading Spécial Lave-Vaisselle, indicating the pieces are dishwasher-safe.
