Description
A vintage ceramic bell-shaped decanter manufactured by Wade Ceramics for Arthur Bell and Sons plc of Perth, Scotland. The vessel features a two-tone glazed finish with a tan-brown upper section and a cream-coloured lower body, accented with gold-toned bands around the neck and shoulder. The front of the decanter bears a paper label for Bell’s Blended Scotch Whisky, stating it was distilled, blended, and bottled in Scotland with a volume of 750ml. A second paper label on the reverse provides details about the blend and bears the signature of Arthur Bell and Sons plc. The underside of the rim is printed with the manufacturer’s mark Wade above Bell’s Scotch Whisky Perth Scotland. The original ceramic-topped stopper is present but the cork is currently detached. This decanter is sold as an empty collectible vessel. 25cm tall
